Full Warranty
(New Replacement)

All products purchased on premiumsound.it are covered by a 2-year official warranty.


In the event of a faulty or non-compliant product, the return shipping costs for replacement are at our expense.


The product will be inspected and, if a defect is confirmed,
replaced with a brand-new unit, free of charge, for the entire duration of the warranty.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You can make a return within 14 days of receipt if you wish to change your mind about your purchase. In this case, the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

The item must be returned intact in its original double packaging.

 Any signs of wear exceeding normal inspection may result in a reduction of the refund.
