Note on USB-C connectivity:
The included cable (USB-A to USB-C) is ideal for connecting to traditional PCs/Macs.

For modern laptops equipped only with USB-C ports or for direct listening from a smartphone/tablet, it is recommended to use a USB-C data cable (not included) to fully enjoy the v50's internal DAC.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the return shipping costs for its replacement are entirely at our expense.

The product will be inspected and, if a defect is confirmed, replaced with a brand-new unit, free of charge, throughout the entire warranty period.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal following the receipt of your product to make a return and purchase with complete peace of mind.


Return Costs & Procedures

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

To simplify the process and allow you to benefit from preferential rates, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label.

The discounted cost of this transit will simply be deducted from the total amount of your refund.


Refund Conditions & Amounts

• Product Trial: A trial of the device is fully authorized, in the exact same manner as you would perform a listening test in a specialized store.
  
  
• Mandatory Protection: Products must strictly be returned complete, with all their accessories, and packed in their original double packaging to guarantee safe transit.
  
  
• Full Refund: If the product is returned in perfect aesthetic condition and its original double packaging is completely intact, only the aforementioned FedEx shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  
  
• Potential Depreciation: Any damage, noticeable signs of wear, or use non-compliant with the trial conditions may result in a reduction of the refund, proportional to the product's loss of value.
